NPR World Cafe

For NPR Music’s World Cafe: Sense of Place Dublin 2026, LightJar had the pleasure of filming four episodes of the series, capturing performances and conversations with some of Ireland’s most distinctive artists: Sprints, Madra Salach, Khaki Kid and Dermot Kennedy.

Filmed in Dublin, the project brought together live performance, intimate storytelling and a strong sense of place, with LightJar overseeing the multi-camera filming and production of all four sessions. We worked closely with the NPR and local production teams to create a visual approach that complemented the character of each artist while capturing the energy and atmosphere of the performances.
